In June 2008 F-15 Eaglefighters of the Louisiana Air National Guard were deployed to Kecskemét AirBase, Hungary. As part of exercise “Load Diffuser 2008” they flew training flightswith the aircraft and helicopters of the Hungarian Air Force. During the twoweeks of the exercise two Mi-24 helicopters managed to score several simulatedhits with the moveable machine guns against the Eagles. The two helicopterswere operated by Captain Péter “Stumpfi” Stumpf and First Lieutenant Zsolt “SunnyBoy” Szaniszló (718), and First Lieutenant Endre “Bendike” Maczák and First LieutenantÉva “Vivi” Horváth (719).
